Our story began in 2019 with a simple, creative curiosity: How is soap made, and why does the "handmade" effect matter? 

What started as a fun exploration quickly became a personal transformation and passion. After years of battling chronic skin challenges all linked to long-term skin dehydration, the shift to handmade, glycerin-rich bars changed everything. My skin didn't just stop feeling stressed—it began to heal. I realised that when we stop fighting what our skin needs and start nourishing it intentionally, every other part of our care routine finally has the space to work.

DNO stands for Divinely Natural and Organic. We believe there is a divine inspiration in caring for the body in the most non-invasive, gentle, and therapeutic ways possible. 

We are proud of our roots, prioritising local raw materials that celebrate the richness and wealth of Nigeria. Our star ingredient, Palm Kernel Oil, is a testament to this, a nutrient-dense resource found right in our backyard. By marrying traditional wisdom with artisan precision and intentional formulations, we create products that are as valuable as they are beautiful. 

In a world that is always in the rush of everyday life, our products create a portal to a new world of possibilities. To us, a bar of soap isn't just a utility—it is a reminder that beauty exists in everyday simplicities. 

As an artisan business, we produce in small, intentional batches. This is our Symbol of Grace: the freedom to appreciate the uniqueness of every single bar, every single product and the patience to allow our craft to grow with every passing day. Each bar is a piece of functional art, designed to be pleasant whether displayed as decor or cherished in use. Each DNO product is a reminder that there is love at home and care is so beautiful.
